Communication and Accessibility

We know that equipment instructions, safety information, and clinical guidance need to be understood clearly. If you need help understanding information about your equipment, we provide:

For patients with hearing loss: Qualified sign language interpreters, written equipment manuals, video demonstrations with captions

For patients with vision loss: Audio descriptions of equipment, large-print materials, Braille documents if available

For patients with speech or cognitive disabilities: Extra time to discuss your care, simplified explanations, written follow-up information, assistance from family/caregivers

For patients with mobility limitations: Flexible scheduling for home visits, telephone or video consultations when appropriate, assistance with equipment setup in your home

If English Is Not Your Primary Language

Pinnacle provides free interpretation and translation services in multiple languages. We ensure you understand:

  • How to use your equipment safely

  • Maintenance and care instructions

  • Your billing and insurance coverage

  • When to call us with concerns

  • Your rights as a patient

How to Raise a Concern

If you believe you've been treated unfairly because of your race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, or other protected characteristic, you can speak with Pinnacle directly.

What Happens When You Report a Concern

When you contact Pinnacle with a concern about discrimination:
